Welcome to the Service department of LeeMick Ltd, We are committed to Keeping your underfloor heating in fully working order and maintaining or repairing it in a prompt and professional manor
At LeeMick we actively promote a Yearly service for all water based underfloor heating systems because there are as many or more moving parts to an Underfloor heating system than a Radiator system.
If the UFH is the only heating then we feel yearly servicing is a must (Its your only heat source)
If the UFH is part of a multiple emitter system (Rads & UFH) then yearly servicing is highly recommended
If you have a British Gas Service Contract, They will not touch your underfloor heating
In the service department we can offer any service or repair to any water based underfloor heating system sited in the South of England. We have been carrying out this work for the past 14 years and have gained a wealth of experience in all systems. Our Engineers are Trained in both the Electrical and the Mechanical aspects and they have a sound knowledge of control systems.
Our engineers have all installed Underfloor heating in new build and refurbished properties and are aware of general design requirements and the requirements of current building regulations
We are not Gas or Oil engineers and will not get involved in general plumbing and Heating except on the control side
